We regularly get asked a lot of similar questions by our customers. So we have put this page together as a supporting guide to answer any of those common questions associated with buffets.

Q: Some of my guests are Vegetarian. Do you offer vegetarian options?

A: We cator for all dietary requirements we simply need to discuss this. There may be an additional charge for some aspects.

Q: Can I exchange or add an item to one of the standard menu options?

A: Yes, certainly. All amendments are subject to availability and approval. Additional cost may be applicable.

Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: No not normally. A delivery charge isn’t normally applicable unless the delivery is outside of our main delivery radius of 10 miles. We simply ask that your order exceeds £35.

Q: How many days in advance do I need to order?

A: We would appreciate at least 5 days notice for sizeable events, or 2 days for smaller buffets. We appreciate this isn’t always possible and would encourage you to call us and ask first.

Q: How can I place my order?

A: Whilst you can ask questions and make initial contact via the “contact us” form, we will need to speak to discuss your exact requirements and possible options you may not have considered.

Q: How soon will I get a reply when I submit my contact form?

A: Our usual response time is within 1 day. This can vary dependant on how busy we are. It is often better to follow up your enquiry with a call.

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept cash, card payment or cheque. Payment details will be provided together with the confirmation of order.

Q: Are napkins and cutlery provided?

A: Yes, it can be but not automatically. This is one of the things we will discuss when you contact us.
